Valentines Dinner, Hands-On Class
Celebrate this Valentine's Day with our hands-on dinner class, complete with appetize thru dessert.
Description
Join us for a cozy & fun evening, where you'll learn to create delicious dishes, alongside your special someone. Chef Tara has created a menu, perfectly balanced, starting with a demonstration of how to put together various charcuterie boards, including a butter board and smoked whitefish appetizer board. Students will then team up to complete a middle course recipe, followed by the main course, where everyone will complete the Steak Oscar to their liking. A decadent dessert to follow of course! Valentines Day Menu- Various Appetizer Boards.. Pear Salad with Arugula, Cherries, Feta, toasted Pecans and a Lemon Vinaigrette. Double Roasted French Onion, Thyme and Gruyere Mashed Potatoes. Indulgent Steak Oscar, a Beef Medallion, topped with seasoned Crab Cake, Hollandaise Sauce and a side of Asparagus Gremolata. Chocolate Mousse with Lavender whipped cream. Pricing is per person, everyone must have a paid seat. Dinner will be served family style. All recipes to go home with each student at the end of class. Students ages 18+ may register for this class. Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Sorry, substitutions and omitted ingredients will not be allowed in this menu. Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
