Peggy Roulo

..

Peggy grew up on a farm with parents who had strong farm to table ethics. They ate what they grew and raised. She is number 6 of 7 children and took her place naturally in the kitchen. At age 15, Peggy enrolled in a cake decorating class at a local community college. From there she begin to explore the adventures of cake decorating. She and her sister would eventually open up a bakery and win small business of the year award. Peggy decided to hone in on her pastry skills and go back to school to study French pastries. She is super excited to share her skills and passion for the culinary world with you. She believes relationships are built around the table and something sweet is truly to be celebrated.

Kiah Eloi

I'm a wife and mom of twin toddlers, with a passion for all things food! I'm a New York Native and former licensed veterinary nurse. I'm currently in school working to be a licensed massage therapist. I started my own business Frosted by Kiah in 2020 and have loved getting to know, and bake for our community. Although Frosted by Kiah is fully plant based, most of my clients are not actually plant based/vegan. Many of them say, my desserts are as good, or even better than traditional desserts! This has inspired me to share my talents with more people!

Emily Onken

Emily Onken is the owner of Bake Effect, a local cottage food business.

After learning how to bake at a lodge in rural Alaska during college, Emily launched her baking business over a decade later as a new mom in 2019. Shortly afterward, she developed a contact allergy to wheat flour, motivating her to make the move to baking without the use of wheat in 2021. Emily strongly believes everyone- regardless of food allergies or sensitivities, deserves to eat food that looks AND tastes like it was made with love.
