Join Chef Tara in the kitchen, for a vibrant, variety of hands-on exploration into Thai-inspired cuisine. In this class, you'll learn how to balance the beautiful flavors of Southeast Asia, using fresh ingredients. This class is not spicy! Class will work in pairs to prepare the menu, then come together to enjoy the dishes family style in our communal setting. All recipes are included, so you can recreate the experince at home, sharing with family and friends. Registration is open to students 16+ Everyone must have a paid seat. Menu Pad Thai with Rice Noodles, Vegetables, Chicken, Peanuts and More. Thai Basil Beef over Coconut Rice. Thai Poached Cod with Ginger, Carrots, Bok Choy and Coconut Milk. Thai Sweet Potato Cauliflower Lettuce Wraps, So Sweet & Smoky! Thai Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp. Thai Lemon Grass Chicken Thai Avocado Spring Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce. Student's ages 16+ are permitted to register for this class. Students may arrive 10 minutes prior to the start for apron fitting and hand washing.
