Description
One of the world's greatest cuisines, Southwestern food is diverse, delicious, both simple and sophisticated. Join Chef Tara as she introduces a menu that's a little beyond ordinary, yet easy enough for everyday cooking! Class is limited to 14 students. Participants will enjoy working in pairs, to complete the full menu, which will be shared family style. All recipes are included. Students ages 13+ are welcome to register for this class. Menu Mexican Layered Torte with lean ground sirloin, tomatoes, peppers, onions, black beans, seasonings and more, layered between flour tortillas and southwestern cheese. Roasted Chicken & White Bean Stuffed Poblanos, over Pico de Gallo and topped Queso Fresco. Chipotle Smoked Salmon with Avocado Crema & Lime Spiced Slaw. Green Chili Meatballs with Southwest Sauce. Tres' Leche's Cake, Whipped cream and Maraschino cherries. Allergies will be considered, but NOT guaranteed. Please call or email, BEFORE registering for a class. Our cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
