From appitizer throuugh dessert, it's the luck of the Irish with a hands-on cooking class! Learn how to create a well rounded & flavorful menu, inspired by traditional Irish cuisine, with a modern twist. Perfect for anyone who loves great food and good fun! Students will enjoy this fabulous festive meal, shared family style. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for this class. All recipes to go home with each student. Menu: * Guinness Soda Bread with Honey Butter: A classic quick bread with a golden crust, served with sweet, creamy honey butter. * Potato Leek Soup: with chive oil. * Guinness Beef Stew: Beef Tenderloin, root vegetables, and rich gravy simmered with a splash of Ireland’s favorite stout. * Colcannon: Creamy mashed potatoes blended with sautéed cabbage and green onions. * Irish Seafood Chowder, with haddock, salmon and shrimp. * Shamrock Salad: A refreshing mix of baby greens, green apples, cucumbers, and pistachios with a light lemon vinaigrette. * Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse: A rich and velvety dessert infused with a touch of Baileys for a decadent finish. Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
