Sensational Spring Salads! Hands-On!

Description

This isn't your typical salad class! These are ramped up with seafood, steak and chicken! A perfect variety for the spring and summer months ahead! This class is perfect for those wanting to learn or brush up on knife skills, as Chef Tara will also focus on technique in this class. Class is limited to 10 students. Participants will enjoy working in pairs, to complete the full menu, which will be eaten together. Demonstrations and explanations will be presented on dishes. All recipes are included. Students ages 12+ are welcome to register for this class. Students 11 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Menu Avocado Shrimp Salad with cilantro lime vinaigrette, tomatoes, red peppers, shrimp avocado and so much more! Chopped Thai Chicken Salad with rotisserie chicken, mixed greens including romaine, & cabbage, carrots, mango, green onion, cashews and flavorful peanut dressing! Laden Romaine & Brussels Sprouts Cesar Salad with romaine, seared brussels sprouts, bacon, Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, homemade croutons & dressing. Steak Salad with Creamy Balsamic dressing, shredded lettuces and beautiful array of veggies! BLT Chopped Salad with corn, avocado, peppers, tomatoes, feta, a lime vinaigrette and so much more! Allergies to foods will be considered, but not guaranteed to be substituted. Please call or e-mail BEFORE registering for a class. The cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. Class cannot be transferred to another class. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
