Join Chef Tara, as she teaches the bold Asian flavors and techniques to create a delicious array of dishes, that will have you rocking the wok like a pro. In this class, you’ll learn to prepare: * Mongolian Beef: Tender slices of crispy beef stir-fried in a sweet and savory garlic, ginger, soy-based sauce. * Japchae: A Korean favorite featuring stir-fried glass noodles with bountiful vegetables in a sesame soy glaze. * General Tso’s Chicken: Crispy chicken tossed in an tangy orange, slightly spicy sauce. * Scallion Brown Rice: A flavorful, aromatic side dish to complement your stir-fried creations. * Mushroom and Bok Choy Stir Fry: A vegetarian medley packed with umami flavors. * Shrimp Stir-Fried Udon: Chewy udon noodles tossed with mushrooms, carrots, onions, jumbo shrimp and more! Pad Thai- Made with Chicken, peppers, rice noodles, edamame, and a rich peanut sauce. Learn the tips and techniques for cooking with a wok, or just your everyday skillet. Including achieving the perfect sear, to balancing flavors and textures. Whether you’re new to Asian cuisine or a seasoned home cook, this class will inspire you to bring global flavors to your kitchen. Students will work in pairs to complete the menu, which will be shared family style. All recipes to go home with each student. Students 15+ may register for this class. Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Allergy concerns must be discussed verbally with a chef BEFORE registering for class. Our Cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
