Pumpkin Roll Cake, perfect for the Holiday season coming up! Join Jeannie of Jeanniebakes, as you learn how to bake, fill, and roll this festive fall favorite! In this hands-on class, you’ll master the tricks for a light pumpkin sponge, smooth cream filling, and a perfect crack-free roll. Everyone leaves with their own homemade pumpkin roll to enjoy. This class is open to students 13+ Allergies to dairy & gluten cannot be accommodated in this class. About Allergies: At Culinary Cottage Teaching Kitchen, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. However, please be aware of the following: • We regularly handle and use common allergens including, but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish. • While we practice safe food handling procedures and proper sanitation, we cannot guarantee that any food prepared in our kitchen is completely free from allergens. • Cross-contact may occur due to shared equipment, utensils, surfaces, and storage areas. Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Allergy concerns must be discussed verbally with a chef BEFORE registering for class. Our cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
