Description
Join Chef Tara in the kitchen, for an German Oktoberfest menu! There's so much to love about fall and harvest season, including these great German inspired recipes. Class is limited to 12 student's. Student's will work in pairs to create a menu shared family style. Don't worry if you sign up alone, strangers make fast friends in our kitchen and we're all about community! All recipes go home with each student. Class is open to students 14 years + Menu Classic Warm Potato Salad with Cider Vinegar, Smoked Bacon & Onion Hand Rolled & Baked Bavarian Pretzels Smoked Bacon Beer Cheese Soup Bavarian Apple Sausage Hash with braised cabbage Breaded Chicken & Pork Schnitzel with a shallot herbed mustard sauce Sweet Apple Cinnamon Braided Strudel Omissions or substitutions will not be made for this menu. Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
