Description
If you've taken our long running, popular Greek Mediterranean class, you're going to love this new full menu, hands-on class! Once again we'll explore the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean, celebrating bold herbs, vibrant citrus and comforting classics. Students will team up to prepare the menu, which will be shared family style. The menu includes: Homemade Hummus & Tzatziki with Mezze Platter. Maroulosalata- Greek salad with romaine, dill, mint, feta and an oregano lemon vinaigrette. Stuffed Greek Pork Roulade, layered with spinach, roasted red peppers, feta, and a sweet finishing fig sauce. Honey Kissed, Roasted Artichoke Chicken, in a savory white wine reduction sauce. Rustic Puttanesca, Pasta with seared eggplant, fresh tomatoes, zucchini, capers and a rich fresh herbed sauce. Mediterranean White Fish, topped with horseradish cream, lemon, dill, and capers. We’ll finish with Portokalopita, a classic Greek orange phyllo cake soaked in citrus syrup. All recipes to go home with each student. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for this class. Sorry, no substitutions or omitted ingredients allowed in this class. About Allergies: At Culinary Cottage Teaching Kitchen, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
