All recipes to go home with each participant. This is one of our most popular classes, you won't want to miss these wonderfully fresh recipes. Registraion is open to students 14+ Menu- Massaged Lemon Kale Salad with apples, feta, pepitas, cucumber and a lemon vinaigrette. Tangy Lemon Capered Potato Salad with Greek yogurt, dill and so much more! Greek Herbed Chicken Meatballs simmered in Lemon Cream Sauce. Roasted Lemon Tarragon Dill Salmon, need we say more. Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce. Lemon Blueberry Trifle, with layers of fresh blueberries, mascarpone cheese and angel food cake.
