Description

Step into Little Italy for an evening celebrating the beauty, that encompasses layers of classic Italian cooking. This hands-on class explores from-scratch dishes, appetizer through dessert. Students will work in pairs to complete this decadent menu, which will be shared family style. Recipes to go home with all students. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for this class. Menu *Grilled Caprese Flat Bread with layers of tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella. *Panzanella Salad, loaded with garden veggies, toasted bread, fresh herbs and a champagne vinaigrette. *Baked Egg Plant Parmesan Towers, with a homemade marinara, fresh mozzarella, basil and an herbed bread crumb topping. *Layered Butternut Squash Lasagna with Gruyere, baby spinach & silky béchamel. *Tiramisu, layers of espresso and Kahlua dipped lady fingers, wedged into creamy mascarpone and whipped cream. We’ll build flavor layer by layer—learning technique, balance, and tradition along the way. Sorry, this menu can not be accommodated as gluten-free. Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
