Knife Skills! Hands-On Class!

Description

Step up your cooking game, with our hands-on Knife Skills class! In this class, you’ll learn the basic and proper techniques for using a chef’s knife, including different types of cuts and tips to make your time in the kitchen more efficient. From cutting vegetables and fruit to herbs and even meat, this class will give you the skills and confidence you need to tackle any recipe. Food used to practice cutting, will allow students to make a customized meal, including dessert. Student's ages 12+ are welcome to register for this class. Student's age 11 and under are welcome to enroll into our kids knife skills class. Please check the schedule for dates.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. Class cannot be transferred to another class. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
