Perfect for those who want to take their cooking skills to the next level, in this fully hands-on, from-scratch experience. In this class, students will craft tender, flavorful meatballs, mix and knead fresh pasta dough, and create a rich, balanced tomato sauce from simple ingredients. We’ll focus on technique—proper seasoning, dough development, knife skills, and timing—while building confidence and independence in the kitchen. This class is perfect for teens who want to elevate their cooking skills and create a classic dish they’ll be proud to recreate at home. Recipes to go home with each student to recreate for family and friends. Caregivers will need to sign in each student at the beginning of class. Class is drop and go. Students may arrive 10 minutes proior to the start for apron fitting and hand washing. Class will begin and end on time.
