Kids Class- Braided Apple Strudle

Bring the flavors of a classic bakery favorite to life in this hands-on Apple Strudel class! Young chefs will learn how to peel, slice, dice and sauté fresh apples with warm spices before creating their own delicious strudel using flaky puff pastry. Students will practice filling, rolling, braiding & baking their pastries to golden perfection, then finish them with a sweet homemade icing drizzle. This fun and approachable class is perfect for building kitchen confidence while creating a warm, comforting dessert everyone will love to take home and enjoy. Students will have the opportunity to eat everything they create in class. All recipes to go home with each student. Class is open to ages 10yrs -16 yrs. Caregivers will need to sign in each student upon arrival. Class is drop & go. Class begins and ends on time.
