Kid's, Sweet & Savory Crepes! Ages 8-13

This is such a fun age group, where things really click, and we can't wait to help create that indendence in the kitchen! Your child is going to love leaning how to make the most tender and melt in your mouth crepes, easily filled with a variety of ingredients. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, crepes are perfect anytime of day. Students will first learn the technique of what makes a great crepe. Sweet crepes will be made with a cream filling, and choice of fruit, topped with ganache. Savory crepes will demonstrates just how versatile they can be with a choice of roast chicken or ham, along with flavored cheese fillings and sauteed vegetables. This class includes learning how the read a recipe, correctly measuring dry and wet ingredients. Students will also learn how to slice, chop, sauté and melt. Small counter top appliances will be taught along with hand and stand mixers. Students will have the opportunity to eat everything they create in class. All recipes to go home with each student. Class is open to ages 8yrs -13 yrs. No exceptions. Caregivers will need to sign in each student upon arrival. Class is drop & go. Class begins and ends on time.
