Kid's, Sweet & Savory Crepes! Ages 10-17

Description

Crepes? Yes, please! Your child is going to love leaning how to make the most tender and melt in your mouth crepes, that are easily filled with a variety of ingredients. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, crepes are perfect anytime of day. Students will first learn the technique of what makes a great crepe. Sweet crepes are made with a cream filling, and choice of fruit, topped with ganache. Savory crepes will demonstrates just how versatile they can be with a choice of roast chicken or sliced steak, along with flavored cheese fillings and sauteed vegetables. This class includes learning how the slice, chop, sauté and melt. Student's will be paired with other's their age. Recipes to go home with each student. Ages 10 - 17 welcome to register.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. Class cannot be transferred to another class. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
