Join us in the kitchen, as Chef Tara present's this fall's wonderful bounty of fruits & vegetables! This lunch time/day class will teach you how to use all those great farmer's market finds, to create great fall dishes. Class is all Hands-On, and limited to 14 students, working in teams to prepare a fresh meal, shared family style together. All recipes to go home with each student. Students 16+ are welcome to register. The Fabulous Fall Menu- *Fall Crunch Salad will Apples, Dried Cherries, Pepitas and more! *Butternut Squash Lasagna with Gruyere Cheese, Baby Spinach and Brown Butter Sage *Smoked Bacon Carbonara with Blistered Brussels Sprouts, Leeks and Roasted Red Peppers *Pesto & Ricotta Stuffed Spaghetti Squash *Fennel & Sage Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash *Roasted Cabbage Steaks with Parmesan Dijon Cream & Bacon *Caramel Apple Affogato *Do not wait to register for this class! Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
