If you've never made homemade pasta, you're going to love this! Chef Tara will guide you through the process of making homemade fettuccini. Menu *Garlic Herb Focaccia Bread *Italian Chopped Salad with Herbed Shallot Vinaigrette *Fettuccini Noodles with Homemade Alfredo & Herbed Marinara *Rustic Lemon Ricotta Springform Cake Class is limited to 14 students. Participants will enjoy working in pairs, to complete a full meal, which will be eaten together. Everyone will have the opportunity to make homemade pasta, and an additional recipe with a partner. The meal will be shared family style with the entire class. All recipes are included. Students ages 13+ may register for this class. Students may arrive 10 minutes prior to the start for apron fitting and hand washing.
