Hand Made Farmer's Style Ravioli

Join Chef Tara in the kitchen, as she guides the class through the process of making homemade ravioli from beginning to delicious end. Everyone will make pasta dough, 2 different fillings and 2 different sauces. Our main focus will be making and filling ravioli. This is a farmer's style menu with butternut squash filling and a brown butter sage balsamic. The second is ricotta spinach with a crushed tomato, garlic basil sauce. Students will enjoy a blistered Brussels Sprout Cesar Salad and a Rustic Apple Crostata to complete this wonderful menu. Class is limited to 10 students, for a full hands on experience.
