Description

Whether you want to learn how to make gluten-free treats for yourself or a loved one, or you just love pie - you’ll get it all in this hands-on Triple Berry Pie Class! Want to take advantage of Michigan's bountiful blueberry season in the most delicious way possible? In this hands-on class, Emily from Bake Effect "The Pie Lady", will teach you how to make your very own gluten-free Berry Lemon Crumble Pie from scratch, using principles that can be applied to both gluten-free and wheat-flour crusts. You will also learn how to make beautiful pie crust "roses" to create a decorative top for your pies. At the end of this class, you'll take home a fully baked 6” pie AND enough dough and filling to make your own full-sized pie at home later the same day (or freeze for future use!). *Please note that The Culinary Cottage is not a gluten-free kitchen and cross contact is possible. Class is limited to 8 students." Students age 12+ are welcome to register for this class. Student's 11 years and under, must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. Class cannot be transferred to another class. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
