Do you miss delicious, beautiful bread since going gluten-free? You don’t “knead” to miss out anymore with this delicious new class! You’ll learn how to whip up an herby focaccia bread - minus the gluten - that doubles as a stunning charcuterie board. Think of it as a blank canvas for all your favorite toppings. Not only will you learn the secrets of making gluten-free bread that actually tastes good, you’ll also gain expert tips on sauce and decorative additions to make your creation truly shine. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete newbie, you'll leave with new skills, a full belly, and a masterpiece to share! No prior baking experience? No problem! We’re here to support each other and share some laughs while we learn a thing or two. *The Culinary Cottage is not a certified gluten-free facility. Cross-contact is possible. *Class is limited to 12 students. Ages 14+ welcome. Age 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, no exceptions please.

Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
