Description

Get ready for fall baking this year, with a gluten-free twist! In this class, we’re covering all the classic autumn flavors - without the wheat. First up, the legendary pumpkin pie. You’ll learn how to master a buttery pie crust that’s so good, you won’t even miss the gluten. Then, get ready to whip up some maple pecan cupcakes that’ll have you singing “Sweet Home Alabama” (even if you’re from somewhere else)! And if you love cookies—and who doesn’t, right?—get ready for the most decadent apple crisp cookies. (Imagine a warm pan of spicy baked apple crisp, but in cookie form!) No prior baking experience? No problem! We’re here to support each other and share some laughs while we learn a thing or two. So come as you are, bring your love for all things fall, and let’s bake up some gluten-free magic together. Whether you have a gluten allergy, prefer a gluten-free diet, or just love delicious sweets, this class is perfect for any time of the year! *The Culinary Cottage is not a certified gluten-free facility. Cross-contact is possible. *Class is limited to 12 students. Ages 14+ welcome. Age 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, no exceptions please.
