This class is going to be so much fun! Discover how quick and easy gluten-free pizza can be in this hands-on cooking class focused on two versatile flatbread styles. We’ll start by making a soft, tangy yogurt-based gluten-free crust—quick to prepare, easy to work with, and perfect for weeknight pizzas. Then we’ll explore socca, the classic French chickpea flatbread, naturally gluten-free with a crisp exterior and tender center. You’ll learn the techniques behind each dough, and how to turn both into delicious flatbread pizzas, with a variety of toppings. Emily will show how to properly layer and style ingredients, giving the best presentations of your creations. Recipes to go home with each student. This class will leave you confident, inspired, and ready to create! Registration is open to students 16+ Students ages 14, 15 yrs. may register for class with a paying adult.
