Learn the secrets of making delicious gluten-free decorated focaccia bread with Emily Onken, the area's premier gluten-free baker, at The Culinary Cottage. This isn't your ordinary focaccia bread - it's beautifully decorated with vegetables and herbs, sure to impress your family and friends. Say goodbye to missing out on bread and satisfy your cravings with this unique and flavorful class. In this class, Emily will guide students through the process of making their own Bread. Students will have the opportunity to sample this tasty creation during class. *The Culinary Cottage is not a certified gluten-free facility. Cross-contact is possible. *Class is limited to 8 students. Ages 12+ welcome. Ages 11 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, no exceptions please.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. Class cannot be transferred to another class. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
