Description

Celebrate the harvest with this hearty, hands-on cooking class, inspired by the fall season. Join Chef Tara, as she show's you how to savor autumns' best from the farm. This class is open to registrants ages 16+ Students will work in pairs to complete the menu. Reminder, strangers make fast friends in our kitchen, just incase you don't sign up with someone. Everyone will enjoy full portions of the menu, shared family style. Recipes to go home with each student. Menu Grilled Flatbread with Maple Roasted Butternut Squash, Sausage and Crisp Balsamic Chard. Blistered Brussels Sprout, Broccoli Cesar Salad with Lemon Capered, Tahini Dressing and Homemade Croutons. Sausage, Potato and Fennel Chowder. Brown Butter Sage Sauteed Salmon Filets with Sweet Potato Puree. Cider Braised Chicken with Pancetta, Apples Shallots. Lavender Apricot Rice Pilaf. Rustic Apple Crostata with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Allergies will be considered, but NOT guaranteed. Please call or email, if you have questions or concerns BEFORE registering for a class. This particular class will not offer menu substitutions. Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
