From Falafel to Dubai Chocolate

Guest Chef Claudine Elsousou, also known as Mama Pita is an Escoffier-grad chef, boutique caterer, and digital food creator, with a vibrant community of over 17k followers. Specializing in authentic Palestinian cuisine, she's known for her stunning spreads and experience-based dining, bringing the rich culinary traditions of the Middle East straight to your table. Claudine is excited to offer this as a demo & hands-on cooking class, teaching from passion and authenticity. Menu: Welcome Drink, Prepared for You: Limonana- A refreshing mint lemonade, blended with a spash of orage bloosom, fresh and served as you arrive. A little welcome gift and the perfect start to our time together. Starter- Hands-On Creamy Hummus with Warm Pita Ultra-smooth, restaurant-style hummus using traditional Levantine techniques and simple ingredients. Main Course- Hands-On Authentic Falafel Students will prepare, shape, and fry traditional falafel using pre-soaked chickpeas, fresh herbs, and Levantine spices. Served with pita and classic accompaniments. Dessert- Hands-On Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Cups Students will make chocolate cups filled and decorated with strawberries, pistachio cream, and Middle Eastern-inspired flavors. Student's will share a full dinner together, and recipes to go home. Student's ages 16+ are permitted to register for this class. Students may arrive 10 minutes prior to the start, for apron fitting and hand washing.
