From Appetizer through Dessert, Join Chef Tara for a Fully Classic French Inspired Menu!
Description
Step into the charm of a French bistro with this elegant, hands-on class. Together, we’ll create a menu that highlights the comforting flavors and timeless techniques of French cuisine. This menu starts with a classic French Bistro Salad, and Dijon Shallot vinaigrette technique. Additional menu items include a rich and earthy Mushroom Bourguignon served over creamy brie and rosemary polenta, followed by a delicate Chicken Francese, paired with a silky lemon Beurre Blanc. We’ll add a touch of refinement with crisp, buttery layers of Pommes Anna, and finish the evening with the floral elegance of Lavender Crème Brulé. This class is the perfect blend of rustic and refined—an unforgettable French dining experience you can recreate at home. Students will work in pairs to prepare this meal. Recipes including the French Bistro Salad and Chicken Francese will be made by everyone. Additional menu items will be divided between the lass for completion. All recipes to go home. Ages 18+ are welcome to register for this class. Sorry, no allergy restrictions or substations to this menu. Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
