Join us for a culinary experience at our Fire & Ice Dinner! In this hands-on experience, students will work in pairs to prepare our featured dishes, then gather to enjoy the meal together, served community style. Everyone will receive copies of the recipes to go home. Menu - Loaded Iceberg Wedge Salad with bacon, shallots, tomatoes, toasted pecans, & a creamy blue cheese dressing. - Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread with Hot Honey Drizzle. - Poached Atlantic Salmon with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Baby Spinach in a Creole Cream Sauce. - Chilled Avocado Shrimp Medley with Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette. - Firecracker Chicken, with Ginger, Garlic, a Savory Sauce, served over Coconut Jasmine Rice. - Creme Brulé, fiery & sweet! Students ages 17+ are welcome to register for this class. About Allergies: At Culinary Cottage Teaching Kitchen, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. However, please be aware of the following: • We regularly handle and use common allergens including, but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish. • While we practice safe food handling procedures and proper sanitation, we cannot guarantee that any food prepared in our kitchen is completely free from allergens. • Cross-contact may occur due to shared equipment, utensils, surfaces, and storage areas. Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Allergy concerns must be discussed verbally with our chef BEFORE registering for class. Our Cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
