Join us at Culinary Cottage for a culinary experience at our Fire & Ice Dinner! T This special event is a celebration of St. Joseph's annual Ice Festival, and takes place on the Friday night of the festival. You'll get hands-on experience in our kitchen as we guide you through creating a delicious meal, that perfectly balances fire and ice. Join us for a night of fun and food as we celebrate this exciting festival together. Menu - Loaded Iceberg Wedge Salad with bacon, shallots, tomatoes, a creamy blue cheese dressing and more! - Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread with Hot Honey Drizzle. - Roasted Salmon with Baby Spinach in a Creole Cream Sauce. - Chilled Avocado Shrimp Medley with Cilantro Lime. - Firecracker Chicken, need we say more... - Creme Brulé, fiery & sweet! Students will work in pairs to complete the menu, which will become a sit down dinner, shared by all participants. All recipes go home with each student. Students ages 17+ are welcome to register for this class. Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Please call or email, BEFORE registering for class. Sorry, ingredient substitutions will not be made for this menu.

Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
