Indulge in the flavors of the season with our Farm to Fork, Late Summer class. Experience the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables straight from the farm, and learn to create delicious and healthy recipes with Chef Tara. Embrace the farm-to-table movement and elevate your culinary skills in this exciting and seasonal cooking class. Menu- *Heirloom Tomato & Stone Fruit Salad with Arugula, Burrata, toasted Almonds and White Balsamic-Lavender Drizzle. *Sweet Corn Bisque with Roasted Poblano, Crème Fraîche & Chili Oil. Served with Homemade Herbed Cheddar Biscuits. *Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Polenta & Late Summer Succotash *Stuffed Delicata Squash with Farro, Caramelized Onion, Dried Cherries, Goat Cheese & Pecan Gremolata. *Roasted Cabbage Steaks with a Dijon Parmesan Cream Sauce & Smoky Bacon. *Rustic Roasted Plum & Peach Galette with Honey-Thyme Glaze. A free-form tart with a flaky pastry crust, with roasted drizzled with herb-infused honey. Class is limited to 14 student's who will work in pairs to complete the menu, which will be shared family style. Don't worry if you don't attend with someone, strangers make fast friends in our classes! Students 16+ are welcome to register for this class. All recipes to go home with each student. Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Please email or call with questions BEFORE registering for a class. Our cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
