Description

This Farm to Fork style dinner is a hands on class. Bring your favorite foodie and get ready to create the perfect summer dinner! Lead by Chef Tara, students will work in pairs to create each item on the menu. This menu is designed to get you inspired for the wonderful produce available now, and very soon to come. All recipes to go home. Price is per person. Menu Earthy Broth Based Asparagus Soup with Leeks, Carrots, Onion, Spinach, Asparagus & more. Creamy Parmesan Spring Pea Risotto. Panko Crusted Chicken with Rosemary Strawberry Balsamic Reduction over Baby Spinach. Cherry Clafoutis, a simple custard-like Dessert. Registration is open to students 13 years + Students 13 - 16 years should plan to be participate with another student they know. Please call if you have questions.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. Class cannot be transferred to another class. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
