Description
Learn the art of traditional French croissants in this hands-on baking experience! Together we’ll explore every step of the lamination process — from mixing and rolling to folding buttery layers that bake into golden, flaky perfection. Students will work independently, through each stage of lamination, gaining an understanding of dough development, butter management, fermentation, shaping, and proofing. We’ll discuss timing, temperature control, and troubleshooting, so you can successfully reproduce croissants at home. Students will shape classic croissants, have the opportunity to share them hot out of the oven, plus dough to finish at home. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for this class. This class requires long periods of standing, comfortable shoes are recommended. Allergies- This class is not offered as a Gluten-Free or dairy free option at this time. Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
