Description

One of the world's greatest cuisines, Southwestern food is fresh, diverse, delicious, both simple and sophisticated. Join Chef Tara as she introduces a menu that's a little beyond ordinary, yet easy enough for everyday cooking! Participants will enjoy working in pairs, to complete the full menu, which will be shared family style. An appetizer of Tortilla Chips, Pico de Gallo and Guacamole will be served as an appetizer. All recipes are included. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for this class. Menu *Mexican Street Corn Chopped Salad with smoky roasted sweet corn, romaine lettuce, red pepper, black beans, green onion, tomatoes, avocado and much more. *Chicken Chimichangas, loaded with seasoned creamy chicken and cheese, with a crispy rolled out side, topped with all avocado crema. *Tequila Lime Grilled Chicken with Roasted Poblano Cream. *Blackened Fish Tacos with mango, pineapple, salsa. *Green Chili Meatballs with Southwest Sauce and Queso Fresco Cheese. *Tres' Leche's Cake, Whipped cream & Maraschino cherries. About Allergies: At Culinary Cottage Teaching Kitchen, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
