If you've never made homemade pasta, you're going to love this! This class is Hands-On! Chef Tara will guide you through the process of making homemade spaghetti, which will then transform into Cacio e Pepe. Everyone is teamed up in this class. Don't worry if you don't attend with someone, strangers make fast friends in our kitchen! Chef Tara will demonstrate a the menu salad aloing with a classic Chicken Piccata, which will also be served with dinner. The focus of class is pasta making, and the technique of making the silky sauce made with Pecorino Ramano and pepper. The menu highlights authentic Italian flavors with a mix of classic and modern elements: Menu *Antipasto Salad: A curated selection of Italian cured meats, cheeses, marinated olives, roasted peppers, and crusty bread. *Cacio e Pepe: A timeless Roman pasta dish featuring spaghetti (or tonnarelli) tossed with Pecorino Romano cheese, freshly cracked black pepper, and a silky, creamy sauce. *Chicken Piccata: Pan-seared chicken in a light, lemon-butter caper sauce. *Affogato: an Italian dessert of gelato topped with espresso and Kahlua. This menu offers a well-rounded taste of Italy, combining vibrant flavors with approachable techniques. Perfect for family meal or dinner party! Full explanations will be presented on dishes. The meal will be shared family style with the entire class. All recipes are included. Students ages 18+ may register for this class. The cancellation policy applies. Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
