Join us at The Culinary Cottage for an unforgettable Beer Fest experience! Chef Tara will guide you through the art of cooking with beer and introduce you to the vast array of flavors that come with it. This is a Hands-On Class and you don't miss your chance to experiment with the different flavors of beer and create a differently delicious meal. Class is limited to 14 students, who will team up to complete a full menu together. Everyone will enjoy a full meal and have the recipes to take home. Students 18+ are welcome to register for this class. Menu -Asian Braised Pork Belly with Garlic Fried Rice. - Beer Cheese Soup with bacon, jalapeno, herbs and a dark beer broth. - Jalapeno Cheddar Beer Bread. - Beer Braised Beef Tenderloin with a mushroom tomato ragu over gorgonzola polenta. - Sweet & Smoky Beer Chicken with Guinness beer glazed shallots & mushrooms. - Oatmeal Chocolate Stout cookie bowl. About Allergies: At Culinary Cottage Teaching Kitchen, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Cancellation Policy
Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
