Description

Come join us while we make a pot of Beef Pho with all the fixings! Chef Mikki will show you how to create a faster version of the traditional Vietnamese noodle dish, but just as delicious! Each group of two will be making their own Pho along with Summer Rolls and Dipping Sauce Menu: Entrée: Beef Pho with toppings Side: Pork Summer Rolls with peanut dipping sauce Dessert: Kem Bo- Vietnamese Avocado Ice Cream* * Students will not be making the Ice cream in class but will be able to taste it and go home with the recipe

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
