Elevate your plant-based cooking skills and discover the vibrant world of plant based cooking with our Pleasant Plant Based Cuisine class. A Plant-Based diet focuses on whole foods that come from plants- such as vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, while minimizing animal products. Led by Chef Tara, this hands-on class will guide you through creating a delicious meat-free menu, perfect for those looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into their diet. Please note, this menu is not vegan, there is a small amount of feta cheese and egg used. Limited to 14 students, you’ll work in teams to prepare a fantastic meal and take home all the recipes. Students 16+ are welcome to register for this class. Menu Broccoli & Brussels Sprout Caesar with Tahini Dressing. Chimichurri Cauliflower & Sweet Potato Tacos. Mushroom Ragu over Rosemary Polenta. Smoky Vegetable Black Bean Burgers. Mediterranean Farro Salad. Avocado Cake for Dessert! Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
