Chicken nuggets with classic dipping sauces, a family favorite, only this is Plant Based Cooking! This class is also Gluten Free! Join Eriston, in this Hands-On class for 10 students, as he leads the way to Vegan Cooking. Students will have the opportunity to make vegan style chicken nuggets and dipping sauces. A Rainbow Crudité will also be presented. Students will then share a meal together. All recipes to go home with each student. Eriston is originally from the NY/NJ area and moved to MI in 2018. His passion for culinary arts started as a child and he actually comes from a family full of great cooks who have Caribbean roots. Eriston became interested in the world of plant-based cooking in 2017 and has gained a wealth of knowledge since then. He has taught cooking classes in the Boston area and is currently pursuing a Master’s in psychology- his other passion. Eriston is excited to share his plant-based recipes with SW Michigan!
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. Please consider switching into another available class to save money. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 5 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
