Description

So the story goes, Saint Valentine defied the emperor's orders and secretly married couples to spare the husbands from war. It is for this reason that his feast day is associated with love. Join us in the kitchen for the love of a French inspired menu. This is a DEMO style lunch. Participants will enjoy the full menu lunch, while Chef Tara demonstrates how it was made. Technique includes how to make a correct vinaigrette, bechamel sauce and poaching eggs. Copies of the recipes to go home. Menu Let's get this lunch started with a Raspberry Bellini, fresh raspberries, lemon & prosecco. Next is a Mixed green salad with a Dijon, sherry shallot vinaigrette, tossed with fresh herbs and vegetables. The star of the show, rich & decadent Madame Croquet with smoked shaved ham, aged parmesan cheese, béchamel gruyere and a poached egg to top it all off! Last but not least, mixed berry Clafoutis, a warm berry custard style cake that sounds fancy, but so easy to make. Class will be limited to 12 and will fill quickly!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 credit card re-processing fee. Please consider switching into another available class to save money. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 5 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
