Tour of The Mediterranean! Hands-On!

Description

Join us in the kitchen as Chef Mikki takes your tastebuds on a blissfully delicious voyage around the Mediterranean. This hands-on class is limited to 10 students who will be working in teams to prepare a delicious meal to be shared together. Students will present what they’ve learned about their recipe while enjoying a full portion of each menu item. All recipes are yours to take home after class. Menu Appetizer: savory hummus board made with creamy hummus and topped with fresh vegetables and pita on the side. Main course: Delicious herb crusted salmon with a tangy lemon sauce, accompanied by a vegetable couscous salad. Side dish: Baked Mediterranean feta block loaded with vegetables and served with pita. Dessert: mini baklava cups….A new twist on baklava. Allergies are considered, but not guaranteed there's an ingredient substitution. Please call or e-mail your allergy concerns BEFORE registering for a class. The Class cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
