Celebrate the luck of the Irish with a hands-on cooking class at The Culinary Cottage! Learn how to create a festive and flavorful menu inspired by traditional Irish cuisine with a modern twist. Perfect for anyone who loves great food and good fun, this class will have you cooking up a St. Patrick’s Day feast to remember. Menu: • Guinness Soda Bread with Honey Butter: A classic quick bread with a golden crust, served with sweet, creamy honey butter. • Guinness Beef Stew: Beef Tenderloin, root vegetables, and rich gravy simmered with a splash of Ireland’s favorite stout. • Colcannon: Creamy mashed potatoes blended with sautéed cabbage and green onions. • Dublin-Style Fish Cakes: Crispy golden patties made with fresh fish, potatoes, and herbs, served with a tangy tartar sauce. • Shamrock Salad: A refreshing mix of baby greens, green apples, cucumbers, and pistachios with a light lemon vinaigrette. • Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse: A rich and velvety dessert infused with a touch of Baileys for a decadent finish. Students will enjoy this fabulous festive meal, shared family style. Students ages 18+ are welcome to register for this class. All recipes to go home with each student. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
