Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls!
Hands-On Learning & Fresh Cinnamon Rolls, using Sourdough Starter.
Description
Come spend a cozy winter evening with Becky from Sourdough-House, learning how to make scratch cinnamon rolls. This cinnamon roll class is hands-on, providing instruction on the benefits of long fermentation sourdough, as well as how to prepare, roll, and shape sourdough cinnamon rolls. Students will learn tips and tricks for rolling the perfect cinnamon roll, filled with butter cinnamon and, what Becky believes to be the secret ingredient for making decadent cinnamon rolls every time! Students will leave with a tray of 6 to 8 cinnamon rolls, ready to rise and bake or freeze for Christmas morning. As well as the icing to top your hot baked cinnamon rolls. Sample hot cinnamon rolls will be available for sampling during class. Registration is open to student's 16+

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
