It's St. Joseph's downtown Chili tour! While other's are offering tastings, we'll be in the kitchen cooking up a full menu of hearty Plant Based Chili's! That's right, no meat tonight! I promise, you won't even miss it! Join us as we pair up into teams, creating this cozy menu together. Class is limited to 14 students. Everyone will enjoy tasting everything together and have all the recipes to take home. Registration is open to students 16+ Menu Sweet Potato & Black Bean Veggie with Quinoa, Spices, Avocado and More! Creamy White Chickpea Chili, includes Coconut Milk, Onion, Green Chilies, Spices and Avocado. Cozy Wild Rice Rooted Vegetable Cream Chili with Baby Bella's, Carrots, Celery, Kale, Onion, Leek, Butternut Squash and More! Curried Cauliflower, Kale, Ginger, Cumin, Turmeric, Paprika, this list goes on for this one! Mushroom Walnut Chili with Spoked Paprika, Chili Beans, Onion, Garlic, Peppers and more! This one looks and tastes, just like meat based chili! You're going to love how loaded these recipes are! Oh yeah, we'll defiantly finish this tasty evening with dessert!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class.** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
