Description

Take a mid-week break with us! This class is fast at 45-60 minutes, to get you back on track for the day. Walk into the kitchen, where a healthy lunch, will already prepared and waiting. Enjoy a soup & salad bar prepared for you to assemble and enjoy, while making dinner! Chef Tara will demonstrate how to make a delicious dinner, while students follow along, making their own, to take home and enjoy with family or friends. Stations will be set up, making it easy to assemble, with everything you need. This weeks Entrée is a layered Mexican torte with lean beef, peppers, black beans, onion, tomatoes, soft tortillas, monetary jack cheese, south western spices and so much more! Mexican Torte will be made in an 8x8 pan and feed 4 servings, 4"x4" pieces, a generous size.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 5 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled.
