Join us for a fun hands-on pizza-making experience designed for young chefs! In this class, students will learn how to make a quick yeast-based pizza dough from scratch before creating their own personal pizzas with a variety of toppings. Students will also have the oppertunity to make their own flavored shaved ice drink. Students will: Learn the basics of working with yeast dough Practice measuring, mixing, and kneading ingredients Shape and stretch pizza dough by hand Explore flavor combinations while choosing toppings Build confidence following a multi-step recipe from start to finish This class encourages creativity, kitchen confidence, and hands-on learning while teaching foundational cooking and baking skills in a fun and supportive environment. Each student will enjoy their freshly baked pizza in class and leave with recipes to recreate for famliy and friends at home! Caregivers will need to sign in each student upon arrival. Class is drop & go. Class begins and ends on time. About Allergies: At Culinary Cottage Teaching Kitchen, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. However, please be aware of the following: • We regularly handle and use common allergens including, but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish. • While we practice safe food handling procedures and proper sanitation, we cannot guarantee that any food prepared in our kitchen is completely free from allergens. • Cross-contact may occur due to shared equipment, utensils, surfaces, and storage areas. Allergies will be considered, but not guaranteed. Allergy concerns must be discussed verbally with a chef BEFORE registering for class. Our Cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy

Students may arrive to class for check in, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time. All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. **Class cannot be transferred to another class, please do not ask** This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
