If you've never made homemade pasta, you're going to love this! Chef Tara will guide you through the process of making homemade fettuccini, along with the rest of a full Italian Meal from Appetizer through Dessert! Menu *Garlic Herb Focaccia Bread *Italian Chopped Salad with Herbed Shallot Vinaigrette *Fettuccini Noodles with Homemade Alfredo & Basil Marinara *Rustic Lemon Ricotta Cake All students will have the opportunity to make fresh fettuccini pasta. Additionally, participants will enjoy working in pairs to complete the rest of a full meal, which will be eaten together. Demonstrations and full explanations will be presented on dishes. Class is limited to 10 students. All recipes included to students.

Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. Please consider switching into another available class to save money. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 5 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
