Description
In this Knife Skills class, students will learn basic and proper technique with a chefs knife. We will go over different types of knives and learn different types of cuts along with tips and tricks that will aid you in the kitchen in the future.

Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
