Kids Summer Class Ages 5-7 Knife Skills

This fun Kids Class is geared for kids ages 5-7 years. Come join us for a fun morning in the kitchen as we learn basic knife skills. Kids will use custom made wood knives and plastic serrated knives to stay safe. Hand placement and proper technique are the focus. Young inspiring chefs will get a lot of practice with the menu included below. Tastings of all recipes are the most fun and copies to go home. Class is limited to 8 students who will work independently and sometimes teamed up with a partner. Menu Chicken stir fry with loads of veggies and a variety of sauces to try. Kids will have the opportunity to build their own bowl. Chopped salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, cheese, homemade croutons and homemade ranch dressing. Strawberry fruit salsa with tortilla chips.

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. All cancellations from the time of booking, up to 6 day's are subject to a $7 per person credit card re-processing fee. A $15 booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations up to 7 days before class. 50% of class cost will be charged on days 4 & 3 before class cancellation. Cancellations less than 3 days will not receive a refund, unless the class has a wait list and your seat can be filled. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
