With our 2-day Knife Skills Camp, your child will gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals they need, to taking their cooking game to the next level. In this class, student's ages 10-17 years will learn the basic and proper techniques for using a chef’s knife, including different types of cuts and tips. From cutting vegetables and fruit to herbs and even meat, this class will give your child the skills and confidence to progress their skills in the kitchen. Food used to practice cutting, will allow students to make customized meals each day. Day 1- Student's will learn about the different basic knives and their uses. Terminology and sizing will be taught and a lot of practice with various vegetable's and herbs. Day 2- Students will learn how to cut up a chicken, fruit and a dessert. Registration is available to student 10-17 years. This is a 2 day class, lasting 2 hours each day. No proration will be given.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be e-mailed or called in. 50% booking fee is charged per student on all cancellations from time of booking, up to 10 days before class. Cancellations less than 10 days will not receive a refund. Class cannot be transferred to another class. This policy applies to all Gift Certificates as well. If you've registered for a class using a Gift Certificate and do not show, the certificate is void. No exceptions.
